Reporting Damages

In the event that you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to our customer service team immediately to be eligible for review.

  • Reporting Window: Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
  • Condition: Refunds are only considered if the product is deemed damaged upon delivery and remains unused and unaltered.

Return Process

Once you notify us of a damaged item, our team will inspect the issue. If your return request is approved based on our quality assessment, the following timelines apply:

Approval & Inspection: After the 24-hour reporting window and subsequent inspection.

Credit Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original bank account within 4-7 business days.

Bank Processing

While Swizer processes approved refunds promptly, please note that it may take an additional 3-4 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement depending on your financial institution's processing times.
